Happy Birthday to Kaleidoscope Kids Books

This month marks the first anniversary of Kaleidoscope Kids Books, one of Ottawa's newest bookstores and only one specializing in books for kids and youth.

On February 10th the store is hosting a celebration to mark their first birthday. Join them at 10am for a special storytime - featuring a visit from Ottawa poet and author JC Sulzenko - with mini-birthday cakes (aka cupcakes) and a 10% discount on everything in the store all day.

If you've never visited before, they are located on the 2nd floor of Fifth Avenue Court (Bank and Fifth Avenue) in the Glebe with free underground parking.

Discounts for Librarians and Teachers:
The store offers a 15% discount for librarians and teachers.

Upcoming event: Book Launch - In Arctic Waters
Meet the illustrator, Ben Hodgson, at the store on Feb 24th from 1pm to 3pm. He will be giving a lesson on drawing arctic animals to all budding artists, ages 5 to 9.
