Reading the news these days can be discouraging: The economy is in a downturn. Budgets are being slashed. Libraries are being closed or downsized.
But it's not all doom and gloom. Come hear library visionary Stephen Abram talk about how libraries can thrive in this new environment and we as a profession can face the challenges together.

About the Speaker
Stephen Abram is Vice President, Innovation at SirsiDynix and Chief Strategist of the SirsiDynix Institute. He is a past president of the Canadian Library Association, the Ontario Library Association, and most recently, the Special Libraries Association.
