Initiative for Equitable Library Access (IELA) Service Level Guidelines launched

The CLA Executive Council has approved the IELA Service Level Guidelines prepared by the CLA IELA Task Force.
The document provides a model for service levels in Canadian public libraries for individuals with print disabilities.
