CLA Conference early-bird registration deadline extended

New deadline for lowest Conference rate: March 25, 2008

CLA has extended the early-bird registration deadline the 2008 Annual Conference to Tuesday, March 25. The regular pre-registration deadline of April 18, 2008 is unchanged.

The on-line registration system will accept registrations at the early-bird rate until midnight Eastern Daylight Time on March 25. Registrations by mail, courier or fax must be received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time to qualify for the early-bird rate.

“With holidays from three major religions all falling around the time of our original deadline, we felt a minor extension will help our delegates,” says CLA Executive Director Don Butcher.

Registrations so far are in line with expectations. About 900 delegates will attend the Conference, being held in Vancouver from May 21 to 24. The trade show is sold out.
